Natsuki, Shizuru and Mikoto(cause she can fight and so strong for someone that small).

No kidding! And for most of the series she single-handedly defeated other HIMEs and their child without need any help from her own child (also named Miroku like her sword).

I love all the HIMEs but if I had to choose I'd say Mai, Mikoto, Midori...

Shizuru. She comes across as 'perfection' itself but deep down she's horribly tormented, torn between her romantic love for Natsuki which she deems is a wicked love and her status as school president and anything else .She's incredibly, well, flawed. Which is what makes her interesting, human even.

Suzushiro Haruka. No matter who said what to her she always strived to do the right thing without fear. When She was dying she went out on her feet, and made a last attempt to get Shizuru to go back to her duties.

My favorite has to be Reito. He's tall dark hansome, polite and he was also the villian. Oh Yeah and Natsuko was the sexiest.

Mai! I think they did her character so well, and I love the way she stays positive even when balancing work and responsibility and duty all at once. I can certainly relate, and I've been really inspired by her.

Yuuichi. Treated like dirt by the fandom and by the characters themselves. Something I can relate to alot and if I were ever in his position I'd have transferred as far away from that school a long time ago and kept my distance from any of the girls but he stuck it out and smiled knowing that the two people he cared the most for wouldn't have to fight anymore even if it meant his death. though to be honest I'd have stayed dead, I mean what was he coming back to other than a bunch of people who don't like him?

Shizuru all the way! She's so bad, I love her XD Also along with Mikoto, Natsuki and Midori, but no one tops Shizuru on my list XD

I think my answer changes every time I watch it! I'd have to say that Natsuki has consistently been a favorite, although I think Mai has the best fight scenes and puts her close to the top. I also really like Nagi.
