I now have to get either freeview or Sky so I can watch it!!

reply

Sorry, I got a little "!!" happy in that last post...!

reply

Thanks for the heads up, greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much, I've been hunting around for a UK cinema that might be showing this but now I can stay home :)

Cheers!

reply

Yeah I'm frantically trying to get Sky installed before its shown!!

reply

Ohhh, Sky is a rip-off, I prefer Freeview, just pay for the set box, can cost around £30-£80, rather than having to pay monthly subscription to fund Rupert Murdoch's bid for world domination.

reply

Haha, I totally agree, but I can't get BBC4 on Freeview where I live. I think its actually going to come to begging someone to tape it for me, getting a 12 month contract for the one programme is maybe a bit OTT!!

reply

I guess you live in a rural part of UK, Im very surprised BBC4 doesn't have national coverage.

They have updated the site, 10:30pm start time, should be a popular programme, even though I doubt they will advertise it on TV.

Word of mouth seems to be the only advertisement at the moment.

reply

apart from the quarter page advert in todays Guardian.

reply

It should have been shown on BBC1 or BBC2 - then the message would have reached a far larger audience.

reply

Sadly it was overshadowed by Question Time on BBC1 10:30pm, a different time slot or day would have been ideal.

reply

BBC2 repeat a lot of Storyville shows a few weeks or months after its first been on BBC4. Its generally really late at night so you might want to keep an eye out if you missed it.
