Hell yes!
One of the best, most complex TV action series ever made IMO. Had such fascinating characters and deep storylines.
Why the hell they cancelled out of the blue at the peak of its popularity I will never understand. God damn pisses me off!
Yes, it was an entertaining show that went into a lot of plot detail instead of simply being a braindead kung fu fest with Blade kicking vampire ass from start to finish. I guess there was a level of complexity that befuddled simpleton's who make comments like "Casting a rapper with no martial arts training as Blade will go down as the worst TV decision ever."

Had the potential to be something good, but the producers and writers squandered the opportunity and killed the Blade franchise. On the positive side -for them- they made they show EXACTLY the way THEY wanted, with the star they wanted.

Its a shame we wont get to see what happens after episode 12, such a shame.
I didnt like the serie to start with, but the further it got the better it turned out imo. Just think it was nice to actually see the perspective from the vampires rather than seeing it from the good guys all the time.

Yes. I downloaded the show on iTunes and watched it when I could. i liked it. Tame fare, which is expected for TV, but I would love to see another season or two, at least finish the storyline.
sharemost defiantly yes!my girlfriend and i were hooked from the pilot ep. on,i expected to dig it cause ive been a blade fan sense the comics when i was a kid but it was way more drawing than i even thought!we just kept wanting the next ep to the next ep and so on,we were crushed when the season ended and couldnt wait for the next and well you know the rest.hope theyll do something for the dvd that'll be cool it had much potential but if not i guess you could draw lines to tie up some loose ends.anywayz that was more than a simple yes or no and was also just our humble opinion,cheers mates!
p.s. if no dvd extention maybe another movie!probabley not but one can alwayz have hope

i just meant finalizing ep's for the series on the season one dvd some other shows were talking about these ideas for shows that were canceled,so i thought it would be cool for the blade dvd.and if they dont do that i was loosely hoping for another movie to add to the franchise not the tv series!

I loved it. I was kind of annoyed that snipes wasnt playing the part blade but i got over it. I missed the last half of the season because i had to work on wednesdays so I bought it on iTunes and watched it then. It totally sucks that there wont be a second season but i agree that they need to tie up loose ends and will be looking forward to the DVD.

when i first heard thay wesley wasn't returning i wasn't so keen but i gave it a go... the first few episodes were ok but after that each episode got better and better. i stil think its a shame that wesley snipes didn't return but i liked all of they other characters (and the actors that played them).

Yes. It was a slow starter, but as I watched it the plot continually deepened. The intrigue with Krista and Marcus really built this series. Sticky was poor at best at the beginning, but his acting was much improved by the finale.
I do hope another network picks this up - I'd like to see the conclusion to the main story arc.
