Sean Maher's role?

So I've heard that Sean Maher is in Wedding March - but does anyone know what role he plays?

He plays the boyfriend of John Stamos' character, Shel. I believe (but am not positive) that his character is a lawyer. In the couple of scenes I saw him act in, he looked like he was playing the character kind of uptight.

He does play Shel's boyfriend. The character's name is Ted. I managed to get a prop photo from the film that was on the fridge in the background of a few scenes. It is Ted (Maher) with his arms around Shel (Stamos). It's sweet. :)
