Good Movie,

Although I could have done without John Stamos singing but still pretty good.

i disagree. i loved john's singing but it was a great movie. the end was kinda predictable with them catching the bouqet but it was still awesome

reply

i agree; it was cute.

I really liked it, and I am a sucker for the romantic comedy. I will certainly buy it when it comes out on DVD, I cant find it anywhere online A&E isnt even selling it. Where can i get it?

reply

Maybe if you wait a little then it'll come out on DVD. I thought it was pretty funny and an okay movie.

reply

I enjoyed it AND John's singing. A very good movie!

<Well...yea...I'm probably NOT who you think I am.>

for a cheesy tv movie it was better than most that are made

it's just a message board. Chill

reply

um... i dont mean to sound like a troll... actually i probably do :( But i didnt like the movie :( I wanted to like it! I mean it had an interesting premise... sean maher is in it(huge sean maher fan here!), it had a good important message
but it was toooo cheesy and just cliche after cliche for my tastes.. or maybe my cheese tolerance is low... :(

I really wanted to like it...but besides a few jokes here and there which were nice.. i had to switch the channel.... I would have stopped watching it if it wasnt for seeing my fav guy sean acting in it. Maybe it was the direction, and the musc... and the script... i mean the acting was ok.. *sigh*

It was an OK movie. John Stamos tried, but he'd have intensely gay moments coupled with intensely str8 moments. I'm sure there are gay people out there like that though. A bit cheesy, but it was a made for TV movie, so not bad.

I tend to agree. The movie was made for an un-scrambled cable channel. That means, "Keep it cheap; keep it light; keep it cheap; keep it inoffensive; and, above all, keep it cheap."

Within those constraints, I think they did very well. I've seen so many, many "message" movies that club the viewer over the head with so much message that they've sucked all the entertainment out of it. (Try to watch "Poster Boy" and see how heavyhanded it is with its message.)

"Uncle Cosmo, why do they call it a Word Processor?"
"It's really very simple, Skyler. You've seen what food processors to do food?"
