Me and everyone one else in my family. It came off being silly, campy and very TV G. Kind of like a Disney movie. I definitely would not watch it again. The only upside was John Stamos himself. He pulled off acting as a gay man pretty well. Kudos to him. But the rest of the movie...
shareI disagree. This movie was made for a non-scrambled cable channel. That means,
• Keep it cheap;
• Keep it light;
• Keep it cheap;
• Keep it inoffensive; and, above all,
• Keep it cheap.
Within those constraints, I think they did very well. I've seen so many "message" movies that club the viewer over the head with so much message that they've sucked all the entertainment out of it.

I watched it a 2nd time after a few years and still enjoyed it a lot. And I agree, the movie achieves a lot considering it's made for TV.
