Two questions -- okay, just one...

Fact: In Jerico, they had to stop and "recharge" the motorcycles. That makes the engine an electric. But looking at the Priest bikes, they were obviously either turbo-charged, or used a ram-jet engine (that turbine on the cowling gave that away). Plus they had a "nitro" boost. Now for the question:

How do you turbo-charge (much less nitro boost) an electric engine?
