Does anybody know the song....

Anybody know the song that's playing in the scene when the guys are walking down the street going to the corner store and they are passing in front of the vandalized shoe store where CJ worked?? Been looking for this song for a while and I know i've heard it b4 in another movie... it kinds of sounds like an african singer. Thanks alot
