This film is morally disgusting
The reporter used Nathaniel for his own ends. He never cared about him. All he cared about was his stupid article and winning the pulitzer prize not Nathaniel's illness or anything.

The original poster was right. Supporting star Catherine Keener, who played his ex, jokingly called Nathaniel 'your boyfriend" to our hero and the title character accuses our guy of exploiting him....
