Christina Milian. She was uncredited. Can't imagine why! She had a fairly big part!
According to IMDB she also has a few albums out!

Thank you again, IMDb! When I first saw Christina, I knew that I knew her but just could not remember who she was (it's not her fault, I'm just getting old). But I really wanted to know. So I came to IMDb, and there she was! She looked so perfectly gorgeous in this movie. I like her best with black hair, and the black outfit worked well for her, too. I sure wish she would have had a much bigger part.
