I don't get or like the title...

Well, it's understandable. The ghosts are,you know, Past, Present, and Future or Yet to Come. Emma Stone, though, was one of the big stars coming, and she playing the past ghost, though the present was a past ghost, have no idea of the status of the future ghost. However the first two ghost were past girlfriends (the present one, though, being a "Ghost", in quotes, as you can really say the middle one, aka the present one, is a ghost LOL).
