One of the best movie villains ever? (spoiler)

I think Pilho (the bad guy) is one of the best villains I've seen and totally made this movie. His dialogue and mannerisms made me chuckle so much (especially if you understand Korean language and culture), and it's increasingly uncommon to see a villain with so much personality that isn't just another cookie-cutter evil serious man. Can anyone think of some other similarly funny yet evil villains from other movies?

The dialogue in this movie in general was awesome, I think Sukhwan almost ties Pilho for the best lines in the movie. Like when Sukhwan said he was going to peel the face off the guy who killed Wangjae, or during the last fight scene when he tells Donghwan he is busy and he'll see him after, and of course the very last line where he says *beep* (I know it doesn't sound so funny when you read it but the way he delivers the lines is spectacular).

I feel ya. Lee Beom-soo is a great comedic actor. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you check him out in "My Wife is a Gangster 3" and "Short Time" aka "Lee Dae-ro, jook-eul soon eobs-da". Both have amazing performances by him. And like you said, Koreans have a mannerism and quality to there delivery of comedy, that leaves me in stitches every time. Good stuff. :)

Pilho is a rather unique villian. On one had he comes across like the "uncle" who cares for you (rather convincingly), then on the other hand he can be a cold-blooded bastard.
