What the hell is wrong with Comedy Central?

Either the network is run by total idiots or those executives wasted their money on their college education. You don't cancel a show before changing the time slot and weekly viewing day and you certainly don't do so mid season. I think Comedy Central is looking for instant hits and shot themselves in the foot in the process. Any good show takes time to develope and gain an audience. Season three of the SSP was just getting good and was starting to create a buzz. Brian Posehn and Sarah Silverman both jumped up a grade on the Hollywood list in 2010, but Comedy Central didn't capitalize on their new found fame. Oh well, this is what you get for a network that still shows the Daily Show in it's present wretched psudo political reincarnation and yet cancels anything with a decent future. Although I hate Logo, I wouldn't mind if they picked up the show for season 4.

Wow....this is actually the first I heard about the show being cancelled.....I knew that the gays, (don't know which organization exactly) threw out funding for (some?) the third season, but wow, cancelled alltogether?

This show's amazing! I'll admit, I thought the first few episodes of the new season were hit & miss, but after that it's 100% amazing!

I'm up to the episode where Steve creates a child for him & Brian, and I can't say i've seen anything so hilarious, while at the same time so touching my eyes did water a bit at the end, all in a half hour show.

*beep* you network, *beep* you. You don't know talent. Adult Swim does, and look how well they're doing now. Adult Swim would eat this show up!

Network, go *beep* yourselves!!!!!

That's actually a good idea to shop the SSP to Adult Swim. The 3rd season demonstrated that it has potential and the brand of humor fits right in to what is shown on Adult Swim. Maybe some savy network exec will recognize the potential this show has and give it a season 4.

Goddamn Retards.
This was the funniest show on television.
Not every episode was a riot but neither is any comedy.
I love the Office, 30Rock, and the monday CBS sitcoms.
Family Guy, simpsons, south park.
Whatever. Theyre all good.
But they werent as funny as SSP.
And this was unlike any show out there.
You morons in charge just dont get it.
How this gets axed while trash continues to air astounds me.

It seems like with Comedy Central, the better a show is, the more they want to get rid of it. The worse a show is, the more they want to keep it.

Yeah like how they cancelled Stella after one season. That show was hilarious and didn't get any advertising so no one even heard of it.
