What live action Anime character Amelia Cooke can be?

There is no doubt, Amelia Cooke is the only good thing in this horrible movie. She really stands out with her unique presence.

It is clear that she doesn't belong in such movies and deserves something much better, like live action adaptation of some Anime.

For me, I can see her as perfect match to be Revy from Black Lagoon.
