I'm not saying you should like it or anything. It's just that the 'rip-off' bashes are old now. When you think about it, everything is a rip-off of everything else.

If there were any copyright infringements, well, that's not for me to say or decide, and it's not going to change the fact that my four- and five-year-old both enjoy it, and I enjoy watching it with them.
We saw "Shark Tale" and enjoyed it. We saw "Finding Nemo", and it was OK. Still room in our house for this one...
I rated it and gave it a 10. In reality, maybe a 7 might have been more appropriate, but I just had to make up for some of you who can't get by the similarity issues...
