Rating?.........SPOIL ERS!!!

Well, when I first checked the iMdb rating here, it was 8.4. It's now down to 7.4, and I fully expect it to end up at about the 4.4 - 5.4 range. It was entertaining, sure, but there were a few holes unfilled, and the acting was fairly questionable. If anyone has seen the "behind-the-scenes" feature, the directors praise Sarah Thompson, saying that she more than carried the movie. I'm going to disagree! I think the only thing that carried the movie was the storyline. It was different, to say the least, but like I said, too many holes were left open, especially in regards to the demon child at the end. So, he gets out of the barn, and what, just wanders down the street until a new couple comes along and decides to adopt him, even though he's got devil horns coming out of his head? Wnad what's with Angie & Rick at the end? They decide to go back to the farmhouse and look for the kid, but instead only find the knife the priest was carrying with him? WTF does that do for the story?

Borderline ridiculous!
