How is it compared to "Metal : A Headbangers Journey" ?
Because I really loved "M:AHJ" and I wonder if I should get this one... thanks :)

If you've already seen A Headbanger's Journey, there's no real need to see this. Louder Than Life is a more commercialised look at Metal while AHJ is a look at Metal through a fan's eyes which, in turn, would be better.
