I have not seen this movie, but I noticed the advert poster is a baby sitting on a table with his arm cut off above his wrist, and next to him is a blender with his arm being churned up. That was enough for me to not want to see this movie.

its a good movie!! there is a little gore in the movie but not much! it wasn't what i was expecting , dont be put off by the poster!!
