Anyone else thinks this was an underrated comedy?

I watched this movie a couple of times, and it never fails to give me some good laughs. I have always thought this was an underrated movie. I really liked the kids' performances, even better than Owen's, who I thought was excellent in this film. There are actually some very funny scenes, lots of sarcastic lines. Among the comedies whose plot revolves around teenagers trying to get even with school bullies, I think this is one of the best. I believe this movie doesn't try to hard to make the audience laugh, I don't know how to explain, it's a simple comedy movie that is well made and acted, that just works and never fails to entertain me. Thoughts?
