Yes, they are still together. At one point, Bennie asks Squints, "How's Wendy?" That's the only mention I'm aware of though.

Yes they are still together in the third one. Besides the part where Benny asks Squints how Wendy was, I believe she had a very short scene. During the scene in the courthouse, where Squints and Needman have an argument whether the field should be sold or not, we see one of Squints' kids in the audience. I think the woman next to his kid was his wife. Who knows
