A Real Gem!

I had never heard of this movie before. On a cold winter's night, this yet-unknown film came on television and I nearly changed the channel, but the story caught my attention. I loved the switching points of views between the main characters and every angle of the story completely touched my heart.

The acting was beautiful, from the young actors to the familiar faces like Rebecca De Mornay, Penelope Ann Miller, and the lovely Aidan Quinn. Rob Reiner did a wonderful job directing this; he can be such a sensitive filmmaker. And the ending...well, just watch the film!

I loved this so much that I bought the DVD. It reminded me of growing up watching series like Anne of Green Gables: you know, growing pains stories with a lot of heart. It made me feel very happy, and how often can one say that about films today?

Just wonderful!
