Did you see Insomnia? Nolan did a great remake on that one.

Interstellar towers above his Batman trilogy, which are the weakest of his films...

I think you'll like Dunkirk... It avoids a lot of what you criticise Interstellar for, especially exposition 😉

The end fell apart, but the music was awesome. I run with it regularly.

I think its his third best.
