That was the release date that was ORIGINALLY announced by WB, but it's been pushed back to (early--I hope) 2007. Cartoon Network is supposed to air the movie on September 15th & 16th at 7:30 p.m. (Eastern/Pacific Time) on both days.

What is with the whole "Raven slaps Beast Boy" thing?! What does he do to make her slap him?

Re: He says that to her about halfway through the movie, but at the end, he takes it back, say that he wants to be more than heroes. She then says "No more talking" and they kiss.

OMG, REALLY?!?!?!? YAAAAAAAAAAY! Cyborg said it! IT'S ABOUT TIME!

Robin and Starfire marry yet they divorce later. This does not happen in the cartoon series because this happens after the Teen Titans disband and Robin becomes Nightwing.

In a sense, yes, but not really. They do TRY to get married, but the evil half of Raven practicly destroys the wedding. Raven planted her good half in starfire so the bad half wants to kill her. They brake up after that. I found this out when I offically became obbsessed. I read it at www.titanstower.com. I am not sure where, exactly, but it is in there.

how many weddings are there? isaw a comic book cover in a comic store ,on the cover of a new teen titans starfire is standing there in a tore wedding dress and the headline says this is it starfires wedding
Teen titans rules
starfire and robin forever

reply

There is only one. Well, between Robin and Starfire. Starfire gets married, like, five times! LOL! She finally settles for some weird looking Tamaranian.

reply

NO!!!!RAVEN AND ROBIN!!!

I HATE STAR!TOO PREPPY!!

NO!!!

reply

MWAHAHAHA!!! I'm watching the movie now!!! Who is jealous?!

BE THE PINEAPPLE!!!

reply

The truth was although Robin and Starfire got married, in the show, he didn't show that he liked her alot, He just treated her like a friend or group member. She liked him, but I think he should go w/ Raven because in the series, he showed kindness and passion towards her more.

Starfire's a girl who HAS to get everything. She cries so she gets Robin, and Boom! She has him.

reply

This is the sound of jealous Raven/Robin fans.

The comics are one thing.

In this show, it's all Robin/Star.

And she does not get everything she wants. She's just a lovable alien girl.

I didn't realize that Starfire and Robin didn't stay together in the comics... Do they end up hating each other like most ex-couples?

I'd admit that she is nice, but if she'd stop saying ROBIN so many times, I wouldn't hate her so much.

They keep getting back together, splitting up, and so on. Nearly every Robin type develops some kind of crush on Starfire, including the current one, Tim Drake, but the only human that Starfire ever seems to have a lasting romantic passion for is the original Robin. They're the original "can't stay together, can't stay apart" couple.

By the by, at one point, Raven believes that she is in love with that Robin, which really throws him for a loop. However, this is while she's very confused about her feelings in general, and Starfire, who is much more in touch with emotion, is able to explain to her that Raven is confusing the friendship she feels for Robin (which is very true and sincere; Raven would die for Robin, but she would also die for Starfire, and does at one point)with romantic love. Raven is ashamed, but both Robin and Starfire are able to reassure her that they don't blame her for getting carried away.

There's a lot to the comics, and it's hard to keep track of everything. The tv show simplified a lot of it, mainly by playing up the anime approach, and it's probably best to remember that although they are "Teen" Titans, in the comics they eventually become people in their twenties and older. In the most recent run of the comics, Raven has been recreated by Brother Blood, and there's a lot of chemistry suggested between her and Beast Boy.

So... as usual, the tv show is one thing, the comics another. Joined in lots of ways, but not necessarily the same universe.

It must be and have to be. Robin is no match for Raven because she is easily annoyed. And if she is annoyed, her Dark Side will make her do Evil things even if it should mean to kill Robin. Remember that the Darkness should be controlled by you. If you fail to do so, it will eventually make you Evil. Just like Phoenix from X-Men 3: The Last Stand.

If Robin and Starfire are to be together, Robin won't have much problem with her. If he made her angry (The Robin got ticked off and involving another friend type of anger), she would either beg Robin for another chance or temporarily have her own time out from Robin until they reconsider and forgive each other.

In the comics, Robin (Nightwing) and Starfire almost marry, but the wedding was disrupted by Raven. Afterwards, Starfire goes back to Tamaran and eventually does get married twice. Both husbands die...just doesn't pay to fall in love with her, I guess...

Preppy= some cilque at a school......

It's a shame that it ended like that in the Comics. It would have been nice to see them get together. But maybe that would have been a little bit too much in the "fairytale ending" category
