Why have viewers given this such a poor rating?

Seven people have voted on this film. The average rating is 2.8 out of 10.

Was it really that poor a film? What do you think and why?

I just finished watching it... I thought it was okay... could've been a little better, over all though, I'd give it 7.5 out of 10!

Yes, why have so few voted and those that have voted given in a poor rating?

Maybe it is just people in general. They don't seem to realize that just cuz it "doesn't touch the heart" or "hit close to home" doesn't make it a poor movie. Granted, there was some far-fetched stuff on here, but come on people, its a movie, as they say "it's in the script".

I saw and enjoyed the movie greatly. I gave it a 10, so if any1 wants to argue, come see me.

I loved it, I really loved it! I just got done watching it on my tape + now I have to clean up all the wet tissues from around me. I'm a baby person, I love + watch anything that has to do with babies. I also thought at the end that I wish I had had a Matt for a father, so loving + caring. That baby will never miss love like so many of us have. Shame there aren't more Matt's in the world! He was a really good actor, I realized it especially when the social worker took Luke away. I thought Matt's heart was going to break just by the look on his face! I'll give it a 10!!

I thought it was great! how many teen fathers do you know who love their baby as much as this guy in the movie does?

reply

I guess I didn't like the way it was written for whoever cares.

I love him, but he loves her && it hurts a little more today </3

Probably becuase though it was a very good movie, and had a great story to it, the acting was horrid.

Just because Kristopher Turner (we all know girls love him ) is in it, doesnt mean it's going to get good ratings.

that is so rediculous. Under no circumstance should we condone any parent (male or female) taking a child without the other parents' knowledge out of a hospital and walk them around in the snow! No REAL court would grant sole custody to someone that did this. IN real life he would be arrested and not able to visit the child at the foster home. I admire that they tried to show a father's view but it taught a HORRIBLE way to show that. Plus, the acting and dialogue was below average

Dear Joshua:
Most of the others seeing this film, including me, thought it was flawed but interesting. I think you have good reasons for not liking it. Thank you for your thoughtful reply

SPOILER ALERT----

The scene where Social Services took the baby away from his father Matt was a real tear jerking moment.
