okay. well i watched this movie and halloweentown high yesterday. since the 3rd one they ended it with people all knowing about halloweentown and magic why is it that the mom is hiding the fact that shes magically talking to her daughter through the water... ??????????????
shareHa ha, only the people that were actually at the fair would know about that incident, and who's to say they didn't later decide they dreamed the whole incident? And besides, given that Gwen is trying to sell houses, it's possible that her clients were moving in from somewhere out of town.

Because the college was supposed to be set in the castle but the exterior shots show that it certainly wasn't.
