I mean.. c'mon... I didn't read the manga or any of the light novels but I'm almost sure the show isn't supposed to end like it did in the episode 'Someday in the rain'. I'm surprised there aren't even talks of a new season... I know there's a movie coming up but still!

Season 2 did come out. You can easily watch in on YouTube. The only 'problem' is the Endless Eight. Also, if you read the light novels, it would make a lot more sense.

yes,but season 2 doesn't end either.do you mean the episode where Kyon tells Haruhi the truth but she doesn't believe him is the end?
i'm so confused...
