I think at some points Fairly Oddparents was indeed funny. And had some pretty witty lines. Plus, the main character was somewhat stupid, so alot of times you know that some things just don't apply as morals. And other times there are pretty good morals. I thought the art was okay, not the greatest, but I think it's better than what the Replacements looks like. The Replacements seems flawed in so many ways, and the plot looks extermely boring. But yeah, in some ways the concept is the same. And I'm sure the humor will suck. So I'm going to have to mainly agree with you in some ways. But I'll try to find myself and watch one episode ; thus being able to properly critcize it.
