Sniper from TF2 as Dingo

I looked it up and it doesn't appear to be the same actor. At least the person who plays the Sniper is not credited as Dingo on The Replacements on his actor page but I also could not find a reference for Dingo on this shows page either so who knows. Anyhow I was sitting in another room and my younger siblings were watching an episode of this show and I started thinking. Is that the Sniper? I know, I know... It's just a stereotypical Australian accent but the subtle nuances really made it stand out as possibly being the same voice actor. Just thought I'd share that.
