i just rewatched the ending

and i cried...it hit me just as hard as the first time I watched it
I literally sat there bawling like a baby
Hauri realizing she has feelings for Tamaki, all of them realizing how important the host club is and how much they need it...realizing how smart he actually is
crap I'm crying now thinking about it
especially when Hauri tells Tamaki that everyone loves him
as much as I want a second season, I would love for there to be one...it ended perfectly

I would fear it would end up like Gunslinger Girl; amazing first season but changed production team for the second season which ruined the ideals of the first. I'm with you in the sentiment of a second season, but I know it couldn't top the first in any way.

Its not like their making this *beep* up from scratch. They're just following the manga and its finished so...you know...the story has already been done. If One Piece can transfer 15 pages of manga where nothing happens, a.k.a punk hazard arc into a 22 minute episode every week, surely there's enough material in the mangas that the studio in charge don't have to make *beep* up.

Thank you! yes the season ended greatly and i personally felt it was great. I liked how Tamaki and Haruhi didn't officially "end up together" because it was more than the romance between those two, it was the friendship of everyone in the club. I do think that Karou's theory about something happening because both his brother and Tamamki love Haruhi was left unfinished but if i want the love triangle i'll read the manga. However a second season might now be so bad. Oh and thank you i now know i'm not the only one who cried when Haruhi was telling him everyone loved him on the bridge. It was very well done, especially with the ending theme playing in the background.
