Tamaki's feelings for Haruhi

When do they fully develop?

I know he doesn't understand or even become fully aware of his feelings for her til toward the end of the series... but, when do they first develop overall?

I think it's either in the first episode right when he realizes she's a girl, or it's in the 2nd episode when he sees her in the long haired wig and dress.

I think a slight crush starts brewing in the first episode, after he realizes she's a girl.

From that point on, most of Tamaki's actions regarding Haruhi are influenced by his crush that continues to develop, though he doesn't fully understand it. His jealousy with the twins, etc.
