Yes. There is a second season and it's currently running in Japan. People are trying hard to upload it so us in America can watch but they have been unsucessful so far. Funimania hasn't bought it either and I'm not sure the same voice actors would be used this time around but yes, season two is running right now. They were waiting for enough manga to come out to make a season 2. One person read it and said it takes place after the first season and a love triangle between one of the twins and Tamaka begins. There are new cast members as well and we get to learn more about all the major characters. We should continue to look for it online and post any new info here so we can all enjoy.

There's a live action Ouran drama, but not a season two.

I don't think it will play well for americans they don't know what a host club is and they'll think tamaki is a retard. Also, the twincest will have bible nutjobs up in arms.

Wrong. Watched it in dubs. Good stuff. I love tamaki, twincest is weird to anyone, but it was hilarious in the show, and the host club thing was explained in the first ep.
