My boyfriend is watching this right now. The parallels are very similar to the South Korean film, A Tale of Two sisters. Is this a remake or plagiarism?

It's also an uncredited remake of the "When lucy came to stay" segment of the Asylum Anthology horror film from 1972

The only similarities between A Tale of Two Sisters and Lucy Came To Stay are; Someone comes back from a mental hospital, and an imaginary person. That's it. Their story lines are completely different.
