I don't think Amy was THAT fat.I don't think she was really THAT overweight.Rachel probably just had extremely high standards.

If the rest of the girls were size 2 then Amy was probably a 6 or an 8 which is much smaller than the national average in the US.

Rachel was just evil.

I think that's the point. Most people wouldn't think twice about Amy's weight. Rachel is just cruel.
