Hilarious!

This is kinda like a John Waters movie: throw out all realism and common sense.

It's just a juicy, bizarre exercise in nonsense and sense throw together. There's good dialogue and bad plots throw together. There's great acting, and over-acting.

It's got it all!

It was hilarious how Irene has a special "ceremony" to throw away all her "dating" books in the fire, then declared that she's only been seeing her "dream" man for ONE week. Then of course, she finds out he flew back home to his wife and kid.

I accidently came across this while doing my usual channel surfing ritual. The fact that the actress was a redhead stopped me. I was going to click away then the scene with the lesbian came on. So I had to see where thay was going because one moment Irene is upset with some guy for being genertic with his expressions and then she is suddenly is bewitched by a lesbian. Afterwards, there is a romantic montage followed by the above mentioned ceremony. I felt like I was watching The Naked Gun on how fast she fell in love with some guy who turned out to be married. I would of been so disappointed if that twist did not happen. And what is with grown women calling their fathers "daddy"? I only watched twenty minutes of it, but it was the best twenty minutes I wasted in long time.

I watched this because I know the actress who plays "the lesbian." This movie was kind of sappy and aimless.

This is NOTHING like a John Waters film.

Waters is weird but entertaining.
