Just read the summary... Sounds like a terrible film

SPOILERS

So supposedly the older woman in this movie doesn't exist, and chooses to die because being a slut means you're a terrible person and abortion means murder. On top of this it takes place during a school shooting... This sounds like one of the most offensive, sexist and exploitative films in a long time.

I don't know what summary you read, but it sounds hideously bad! Not to mention any summary that gives away the conclusion has to be written by an idiot lacking basic summary skills. It's a good movie, not about being bad because you're a slut and had an abortion, but about self esteem, friendship and sacrifice. You should watch it.
