Suggestions for finding Frankey (HELP!)

I feel additional information is needed about this game. I have searched for help on a level that is difficult. I have read several blogs on the subject: One has you crouch down to find a hole under a table which is the way out, another said to sprint down a hall toward a window and you will see a clip where you end up in the river to end the level. I feel any additional details would greatly be appreciated by those of us involved in this part of the game. zw1
