doesn't this seem a bit too similar....

to Inspector Gadget?

Not really, Gadget has all sorts of stuff built in, Crush is more like a typical Bond agent, but with a few loose screws, if you want to make comparisons, then maybe he's has the obliviousness of Hong Kong Phooey (& Johnny English), the humanity of Questor (Tapes) and a bit of Get Smart daftness. There's even a bit of Laurel & Hardy type knockabout humour. It is a unique fun mix. Gadget is more like Steve Austin, a rebuilt man. Agent Crush's foundation is more like Data or The Doctor in Voyager etc – perhaps more Buzz Lightyear (but again, these are all quite different characters with different motivations), and with a fun slant on the investigation of artificial intelligence and how real they are, but with a few more wild things thrown in. Actually, a lot more thrown in. And this is just one character, there’s a lot more to this film!

Therefore Agent Crush is the least original character ever.

There's a little more to it than that. I don't think there are any characters that don't take traits off other established roles. Like Darth Vader was hardly the first bad guy to have a scarred face, dress in black and have a destinctive deep voice. Though I don't see anyone complaining that he's an unoriginal stereotypical villain.

Whatever, he's played by a Welsh guy. Is that not enough?!?!?!?

I didn't think Darth Vader was Welsh?

Same area though I guess...

Funny you should use Star Wars in your analogy since your movie all but stole Jabba the Hutt - right down to the angle he holds his arms out mimicking Jabba's outline.

Geesh, is there nothing in this movie that isn't a straight up rip off? You all should be ashamed, conductor.

Your reply:

To me, this sounds like you're involved in the film. You seem to know way to much about a film that hasn't been released yet..... It sounds like a group of people sat around a table and went "lets all put our lame ideas together and see if we can create one mongrel character that (might be good,I'll reserve judgement) and is all things to all people"

Why not try and create an actual new character?

They mostly come at night..mostly
