Repetitive Direction

The director failed to capture my eye. Throughout the film, many of the same shots are recycled over and over again. There is very little camera movement, and there are never any shots that stick with you after the film. Though the acting was pretty good, the director didn't do a sufficient job and instead created a film that is too long, too predictable and too repetitive.

Wow... I like how it's all the director's fault that you're not entertained. I thought the film was pretty damn powerful.

have u ever seen a trail that is entertaining?

this film is not about camera move, angle setup or entertainment, if u want that kinda stuff, go watch a Hollywood blockbuster.

remember, this is an african director making an african movie about african suffering. Whether he succeeded or not, at least, he tried.

glad to see Danny Glover getting involved.
