How do movies like this make money ?
I'm a sucker for underground fight B grade movies but this one is terrible ! how on earth would it make any money !
Films like this from the 80s and 90s are heaps better

I saw this at a rental shop and was thinking about getting it; I guess I'm glad I did not.
The studio was probably hoping that this film would have enough entertaining elements (the fights) to attract a consumer at the bargain bin. If you make the movie for as little as possible it's not as hard to recoup your losses.
