Goering faced his fate like a soldier
Revisionist PC crap! The "hardcore" Nazi's were portrayed as cowardly scum, while the one "repentant" Nazi, Speer, is portrayed as noble and "superior" to the others. He's even taller and better looking. Guess what? He was still an upper echelon Nazi.
Say what you will about Goering, but he was definitely not a coward! He was a fighter pilot in the first war and headed the Luftwaffe in the second. Love him or hate him, most people will agree he handled himself bravely and competently. He knew a death sentence was all but inevitable but he still went down fighting.
"Nuremberg" with Alec Baldwin is a vastly superior dramatization of these events. Don't waste you time on this bunk.
We got a job.
