Unlocking the Silver Surfer

I have beaten all the simulator missions and I have beaten the game, but the surfer is still locked up. Can anyone help with this? This is the PC version.

Got back and make sure you got at least a bronze medal in all the missions.

try and go to see if CHEATCC.COM has a cheat
