Form letter from HBO

For the record: In September, I mailed a postcard to HBO in support of a second season. Just got a form letter in response. Pretty much what you'd expect...they're sorry, they're proud of the show, they know it had enthusiastic supporters, but the ratings just weren't strong enough to continue. They're still working with David Milch, so stay tuned. In the meantime, keep an eye on the various HBO original programs. It was signed by Bill Mesce, Manager of Consumer Affairs.

I lament the passing of JfC, but I can't argue with them. The ratings have got to justify the budget. I appreciate that they made the show in the first place.
