HBO stopped production on Deadwood (after 36 episodes) to make this show which they ended up canceling after 10 episodes and now it doesn't look like Deadwood is coming back.
Grrrr.....

Thats why I was wondering why the deadwood fanboys had such a hard-on about getting this show canned.

It sure would have been something to see what might have happened with this show if the Deadwood fan boys had just accepted that their show was already gone, and this one really had nothing to do with what would come next.
