CAn't find a soundtrack listing, and was wondering if anyone knew what one of the songs was - pretty sure end credits called it "Stay" but didn't see who it was by. Think it's when Adam drives past her house before building deck (?)

I can't find a scene where Adam drives past Lindsay's house before building the deck (wouldn't he drop by rather than drive past?), but there is a scene where Adam's on the way to the gym and he drives past her house after building the deck and there's a "For Rent" sign on the house.
If that's the scene you want the song from, then it's Blue by The Jayhawks
