Either at people's houses or with just the child. Who invites a priest to sleep over? And to me, ANY grown man who has an interest in a child is a Kid F'r. It's obvious...or should be.

shareYou would be surprised. Some of the more pathetic parish parents saw visits from the priests as a sign of social standing. Not my parents, thank God, who were devout, but who had lives and no interest in currying favor with the local rectory. But in those days people reverenced priests. They could do no wrong.
