I remember watching some good animes in the past, but I don't think I've ever seen one this good. The characters are great. The female lead character is one of the best I have ever seen, and really draws you into the story. Please let there be a season 2. I have seen some other top cow stuff, it doesn't compare to this, but I have not seen them all.
shareI'll admit, this was a great series. I really liked how the show stand on its own two feet compared to the source material. I really did like the characters (they seemed more real and down to earth) and the story and drama really drew me in. I have no idea where they will possibly go if they continue, but who knows what Top Cow has in store?

Don't get me wrong this is one of the best animes that I have ever seen, but when it comes to down to it, nothing can top Black Lagoon. I prefer Black Lagoon over Live Action movies and television. Try watching it sometime. You will most likely become hooked.
Take from a fan of both the Witchblade television series and anime - the Witchblade is a very excellent show to watch, but it is no match for Revy and her "cutlasses!"
