Cost of cartoons; anyone familiar with animation budgets..?

I'm trying to find out how much different cartoon series cost to create. I looked it up on Google but figured I'd inquire on IMDB as well.

Is anyone here familiar with animation prices? If so, would you say that Witchblade's style of animation is expensive, cheap, or somewhere in between?
