Favourite moments

What are your favourite moments of the series. I find it hard to answer this question myself, but amongst my favourite moments were
Ruby releasing the pigs. That made me laugh out loud.
Dadda declaring his love to miss Bird. I had so hoped they could stay together.
Frank cleaning May´s face after Dadda beat her. Aw, that was so sweet. He loved her so much, he didn´t judge her for her condition, he just wanted to comfort her. Even then he didn´t stop loving her! Actually he was a great character. His face when he told May he wasn´t allowed in the cinema because he had a funny laugh!

I don't really know the names very well, but I loved that moment where Ruby and her other sister (sorry, I get May and Iris mixed up as well) are talking about their brother who had his nerves shot in the war, and they say: "I gave him money for the electricity," and then the other says: "What do you mean? I gave him money for the electricity!" and they both turn and run back into the house, and find him with his head in the oven.

I also love the moment where Ruby finds out it's her friend from swimming who has been putting the feathers in Billy's (?) pocket, and rushes out to confront her. I love the moment where the friend says to her about her brother dying in the war. I thought that was so sad.

I have to say that she gave him money for the gas - I mean if you stick your head in an elecric oven you wouldn't gas yourself; maybe singe your hair and they didn't have electricity.

When May is giving birth and she says something like how would you like to have a football coming out of your arse. Then Iris reads from the Universal that labor may last anywhere up to 12 hours. Followed by May groaning.

Ruby talking with her new modern friends about how corsets are itchy, hot, and uncomfortable.

When Ruby and pregnant May come out of their house and are confronted by their neighbor, and Ruby's response.

When the family priest talks to Iris about her annulled marriage using a piece of wedding cake.

When Dada wants to have a relationship and his daughters don't like it. He asks what makes him so different from all of them and Iris says he's 43!!!

The part where Jack(?) and his amputee boyfriend spend the night together and conceal it.

Where they fool the tally man.

"Where they fool the tally man. "> Oh yeah, that too! And then Frank peeks under May's nightgown as she climbs the ladder :).
