WTF Is Up With The Ending?

So basically this is like a mix of Lionheart meets um...well, some romance flick.

Anyways, the movie was going fine and while a cookie-cutter ending would have been cliched I think it may have melded with the movie a bit more. But dang, what a way to go with the movie.

One of the most depression action movie endings I've ever seen.

With that said...Jacky Wu is still the man. He's my next favorite alongside Donnie Yen, in fact...I think he could be the next Donnie Yen. Jacky Wu's fighting is impeccable and I can't wait to see more of this kid. He really makes Tony Jaa look like an amateur.

I agree. I enjoyed the movie until the HOSPITAL scene onwards. She killed herself because she deceived him...so what, apologise and carry on with life...stupid ending..gave it a 6 at end

Yeah, it was a pretty sad ending. It was a big twist that might have caught everyone by surprise. It was tragic, but joyful in the end.
