Whoever loves Famke's hotness post here!!!

Oh god do I love Famke!!! She's soooooooo beautiful, sexy, and talented!!! Ahhhhh...I'm going to explode with steaming passion!!! I'd be her bitch anyday! Omigodomigodomigodomigodomigodomigod!!! She's so statuesque, long and lean and yet not overly muscular! It's like one day God said: "I give you Famke!" God do I love this woman! I swear...she deserves an award for for sexiness and talent (her role on Nip/Tuck- genius!). Can't wait for this movie- she'd better have a big role!

Plz share your thoughts on Famke's hotness! Why is she soooooo underrated anyway? =/

reply

Well in order to give her an award she must play the lead role in a film
I think its difficult to write a script where the protaginist is a woman.

reply

I am beginning to think I am the only person on this board who likes Famke because of her acting...and the only girl as well.

Officer I swear to drunk i'm not God!

reply

yes she is hot but she is also an amazing actress! she should get an award for her acting! not for being hot well she can get hot too lol but mainly for acting

reply

Umm...just so you know...I don't just LOVE Famke's beauty. I also LOVE and appreciate Famke's acting talent. I think that if anyone deserves an Oscar, or something, it's her damnit! =)

reply

well, you can expect her to have a large role in this film because she is the lead.

you can be nominated and win awards even if you are not the lead- just look at Ellen Burnstyn- she was nominated for an Emmy this year her role in Mrs. Harris. Her performance lasted little more than 12 seconds.

I like Famke for her hotness and her acting.

reply

i dont think the emmy people really saw niptuck. they're pretending they did. but after u see her on niptuck, u give her an award. but those pricks haven't.

"How often do you have sex?"
"I don't understand the question."

The Emmy people should give Famke an award retrospectively for work as Ava Moore...you know...kind of like a posthumous thing...

Famke Janssen hit me!......and I LOVED IT!!!

reply

posthumous award? that would involve Famke dying! I definitely do not want that.

reply

argh...no definitely not!!!....I mean award it to her now in recognition of her work as Ava 2 yrs ago (as if the character is not coming back)....like when people die, they might be given an award 3/4 yrs after in retrospective recognition of their achievments...

...yes, retrospective would have been a better word... I meant retrospectively...

Famke Janssen hit me!......and I LOVED IT!!!

reply

Nono I do not want her to die... I am a perfectly straight girl and I love Famke's acting AND her looks...

A sincere apology is just a manipulation tactic like forgiveness or generosity.

reply

Famke is MILF, along with her former co-star Joely Richardson of NIP/TUCK.

while i general agree with the OP's basic point about Famke being attractive i aint THAT into the whole thing like he appears to be.

but anyways, this is the first movie i seen her in a lead role as the main movie(s) i remembered her from is "GoldenEye" (1995) and then "Rounders" (1998) (both great films! , 9/10 for em both) ... cause she stood out in attractiveness in those movies... cause even though i seen her in X-Men, she did not really stand out much in the X-Men films.... also, i remember her a little in I-Spy to even though the movie itself was 'ok'.

so basically i only really noticed her in GoldenEye (1995) is when i first noticed her and then in Rounders (1998) and after that it was pretty much the movie here that we are talking about (Turn The RIver (2007))... and considering it's been 12 years since goldeneye (1995 to 2007 movie dates) she still looks pretty much the same even though you can see she's changed some she still looks pretty good and considering she's like about 42 in this film she's gotta be one of the overall most attractive in hollywood for the 40+ age range.

so basically you might as well say it's been 9 years since i last seen her stand out in a movie (at least 5 years 'if' you count I-Spy which i dont since even though she was attractive in it i dont remember the film that much overall)

basically the only movies i seen with her in it are...

-GoldenEye (1995) (9/10)
-Rounders (1998) (9/10)
-House on Haunted Hill (1999) (dont really remember to much about it though but it's probably a 6/10 ish type film... i only seen this on tv a while back)
-X-Men trilogy (6-7/10) (but she overall dont really stand out to much in these movies from what i can recall)
-I-Spy (2002) (6-7/10 , besides GoldenEye and Rounders (and not counting the film where talking about in this thread) i would say this is the next most thing i remember her from)
-Hide & Seek (2005) (5-6/10 , overall crappy movie and i honestly dont even remember seeing Famke in this. lol even though she is according to imdb but i only seen this film once and i dont even remember much about it besides it was not good. lol)
-Turn The River (2007) (7/10, but if i had to choose a 6 or 8 i would probably say 6 mainly cause the ending was like WTF and never really tells you much as to what happened as alot of it dont seem to add up with the letter thing in beginning and at end and what happened to her, like if she went to jail or died etc etc, so the ending slightly ruined the rest of the film but overall i still enjoyed it)

She's an amazing actress as well as being one of the hottest women I have ever seen. She should have received at least an Emmy nomination for her work on Nip/Tuck. She deserved the Emmy for that performance. She made season 2 the best season of Nip/Tuck. She was that good. She was also very good in the X-Men series especially X-Men: The Last Stand. The movie itself should have been better but her acting in it was superb. The lady can act with the best of them. Her acting has been great in every movie and show I've seen her in. She is very underrated. Not having been nominated for a major acting award I believe has to do with the whole awards thing being a popularity contest.
